A Step- by -Step Journey Starting at the “Core”
The Three-Centered Leadership programs provide a clear pathway for growth through three integrated offerings: Enneagram Essentials, focusing on individual and team self-awareness at the Core; Team Essentials, building collaboration and alignment within teams; and Cross-Team Essentials, extending development across the organization to the Corporate level. Each program includes personalized 1:1 sessions, an immersive 1–2 day workshop, and a robust support framework with follow-up materials, resources, and connections—such as our Buddy Program—to ensure lasting results.
